Who we are

Mannyverse Games is an independent game studio run by Carmine Calabrese, Italy. We are responsible for the data described here. Contact: info@mannyversegames.it.

This website

The site uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics.
It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Bug report form: what you write (game version, platform, the description and, if you add it, your email) is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms. We use it only to fix the bug and to reply to you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Go Fishin! (the game)

The game can send anonymous gameplay statistics through Unity Analytics, a service of Unity Technologies. It only does so if you agree when the game asks you, the first time you play. You can change your choice at any time in Settings.

With your consent the game sends:

game events: sessions, finished runs (fish caught, money earned, time played), skill tree purchases, achievements, first visit to each island, demo completion;
technical data: game version and edition, language, platform, device and operating system;
a random identifier created by Unity for your installation. It is not linked to your name, email or Steam account.

We use these statistics only to understand how the game is played and to improve it. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising. Unity Technologies processes them on our behalf and may store them outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Without your consent the game sends nothing. Your save files stay on your computer (or in your browser for the web version).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@mannyversegames.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Il sito non usa cookie, tracciamenti né statistiche.
È ospitato su Cloudflare, che tratta dati tecnici come l'indirizzo IP per mostrare le pagine e proteggere il sito dagli attacchi.
Modulo per i bug: quello che scrivi (versione, piattaforma, descrizione ed email, se la aggiungi) arriva alla nostra casella tramite Web3Forms. Lo usiamo solo per correggere il bug e risponderti, e lo cancelliamo quando non serve più.

Il gioco può inviare statistiche di gioco anonime tramite Unity Analytics, un servizio di Unity Technologies, solo se dai il consenso quando il gioco te lo chiede al primo avvio. Puoi cambiare scelta quando vuoi dalle Impostazioni.

Con il consenso il gioco invia:

eventi di gioco: sessioni, uscite completate (pesci pescati, soldi guadagnati, tempo di gioco), acquisti nell'albero, obiettivi, prima visita a ogni isola, fine della demo;
dati tecnici: versione ed edizione del gioco, lingua, piattaforma, dispositivo e sistema operativo;
un identificativo casuale creato da Unity per la tua installazione, non collegato al tuo nome, alla tua email o al tuo account Steam.

Usiamo queste statistiche solo per capire come si gioca e migliorare il gioco. Non le vendiamo e non le usiamo per pubblicità. Unity Technologies le tratta per nostro conto e può conservarle fuori dall'UE con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.

Senza consenso il gioco non invia nulla. I salvataggi restano sul tuo computer (o nel browser per la versione web).

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli o cancellarli, o revocare il consenso, scrivendo a info@mannyversegames.it. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
